6 med. potatoes (2 lb.), cut into 1/8" slices1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of onion soup
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimientos, undrained
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Spray inside of 3 1/2-6 qt. slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients; pour into cooker.Cover and cook on LOW 10-12 hrs. or until potatoes are tender.
